Chrisette Michele sings about her and her man’s “Unbreakable” bond in the visuals for her song off her upcoming album, Milestone. The singer switches up her ‘do from ombre curls to blonde tresses with bangs, as she shows off some moves alongside a group of dancers.
“I just wrote this song to say to everybody who may have pulled us apart, our love is unbreakable,” explains Chrisette. “Through all the thick and thin, we’re back together the way we’re supposed to be.”
Janet Jackson has debuted “Unbreakable” – the title track from her upcoming album of the same name. She has also unveiled the album cover (above) and accompanying tracklisting for the LP.
“It’s wonderful to be creating again with Janet,” Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis said in a joint statement. “From songwriting, producing, arranging, singing, dancing, acting, she deftly does it all and truly personifies the word artist. Unbreakable is a gift to all of her fans who have steadfastly stood by her. It is a subject for conversation, a plea for compassion, and a call for action from someone who’s come a long way, but’s got a long way to go, and has much to say about it. In other words, if you want to know what’s on her mind you only have to listen.”
This morning, Janet Jackson shared a lyric sheet for a new song, “The Great Forever,” along with a brief preview of the track.
“Not too pleased with what you’re diggin’ I’m just busy living my life,” read the lyrics from the first verse. “Sources say but where ya gettin’ it. Don’t create the truth you like.”
