Taraji P. Henson is moving into a new house that she purchased in the Hollywood Hills. TMZ reports that the Empire star dropped $6.4 million on the secluded home, featuring  3 bedrooms and 3 baths.

According to the site, the Spanish home sits on the top of a hill with breathtaking 360 city views. It’s equipped with a pool that has a waterfall, and there’s a totally zen meditation deck that overlooks the city.

The Empire cast is backing Hillary Clinton in a new campaign ad. The Lee Daniels-directed clip finds Taraji P. Henson, Bryshere GrayTrai Byers, Jussie Smollett, Tasha Smith, Gabourey Sidibe, Grace Byers and Lee Daniels urging individuals to get out and cast their votes.

“What will I tell my son? What will you tell your daughter? What will we tell the future generation? Taraji asks as the video opens. While Bryshere notes: “There’s only one person in this race who said Black Lives Matter.”

Taraji P. Henson Announces Release Date For Her Memoir ‘Around The Way Girl’

News of Taraji P. Henson penning a memoir that would be released in 2016 surfaced last April – and the Empire star took to Instagram today to show off the front and back cover of the book, Around the Way Girl, and to announce that it will arrive on October 11th.

“I love to  play all kinds of characters, and I was trained to do exactly that,” she wrote in a statement that appears on Simon & Schuster’s website. “But whether it’s Cookie from Empire, Queenie from The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Yvette from Baby Boy, or rocket scientist Katherine Johnson from Hidden Figures, they’re characters. As for the real me, I’m just a girl who went to Hollywood with my son, $700, and a dream. There were some detours along the way, some heartache, and a whole lot of hustle.  My family, friends, and fans always keep it real with me. Know that I’m going to keep it real with you.”
