Beyoncé brought her Formation World Tour to a close at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium last night, with some assistance from Jay Z, Serena Williams and Kendrick Lamar – who each rock’d the stage with her.
Serena – who made a cameo in the clip for “Sorry,” from Bey’s visual album, Lemonade — appeared alongside her for the live performance of the track. Bey’s hubby made a special appearance to join her on their hit song, “Drunk in Love” – while K. Dot’s appearance came on “Freedom.” The crowd was also treated to Beyoncé’s first performance of “6 Inch.”
Serena Williams is speaking out about social injustice in a Facebook post where she lets her fans in on an experience she had while out with her nephew.
The tennis superstar explained that she was riding as a passenger while letting her 18-year-old nephew drive, when she saw a police officer on the side of the road in the distance.

Serena Williams is SELF magazine’s September cover star, and along with her feature in the mag, the tennis champion is giving a lesson on twerking. Rockin’ a yellow crop top and blue tights, she starts out with “The Warm Up,” and then moves to the “Transitioner,” “The Wind” and a “Basic Shake.”
“Everyone does twerking, everyone should at some point do a twerk,” she says in the clip.

During a break from her Formation World Tour, Beyoncé, along with her husband, Jay Z, showed support to Serena Williams by coming out to her Wimbledon women’s singles championship match. Serena’s mom, Oracene Price, was also snapped in the crowd.
The Carters complemented one another’s look – Beyoncé in a lace-collared , high neck white dress and black open toe booties, while Jay Z opted for a white shirt and sneakers, paired with black jeans.
Serena Williams defeated Angelique Kerber in straight sets, earning her a seventh singles title at Wimbledon on Saturday. The win also ties the tennis powerhouse with Steffi Graf‘s 22 glam slam record.
“It’s been incredibly difficult not to think about it (Graf’s record),” a smiling Serena said as she held on to the Venus Rosewater Dish. “I had a couple of tries this year but lost to two great opponents, one of them being Angelique. But it makes the victory even sweeter to know how hard I worked for it.”
After debuting the video as part of her Lemonade album, Beyoncé brings on the visuals for “Sorry” – which includes a feature from Serena Williams – as a video of its own.
As the video premiered, it had the internet abuzz with Serena’s appearance; dancing alongside Bey – and the song’s lyric about “Becky with the good hair,” sent the Beyhive on the hunt for who Beyoncé could have been referring to.
