Remy Ma appeared on The Real today, where she talked her first night out of jail and her new album, Plata o Plomo. During her visit, the “All the Way Up” rapper rock’d a Givenchy Mixed-Print Dress ($1520). The curve-hugging, silky jersey dress features a multicolored geometric-and paisley-print, signature T-seam at back and a jewel neck. Remy finished off her look with a pair of Dsquared2 shoes. JoJo enlists Remy Ma for her new song, “FAB,” on which they’re both calling out fake friends, or “Fake A** B***hes.”
“This song is very direct,” JoJo told The FADER. “We’ve all encountered fake a** b***hes, no matter the gender. So I wrote a song about it, calling them out but also celebrating the real ones.”
Remy Ma lays down some bars on a remix to Young M.A‘s “Ooouuu.” On her rendition, the Bronx rapper references Jermaine Dupri‘s So So Def label while addressing her adversaries: “Jermaine Dupri, your whole career’s So So,” she spits – and also mentions a list of rappers throughout the track, like Hov, Biggie Smalls, Tupac and Rick Ross. Check out Remy’s take on the song’s original beat inside.
Fat Joe and Remy Ma‘s “All the Way Up” makes its way to the west coast with a remix, featuring Snoop Dogg, The Game and E-40.
After lines from French Montana, Snoop takes it all the way up, referencing Elroy Jetson and Battlestar Galactica, then it’s on to Game, who holds it down for the Golden State Warriors – name dropping Steph Curry, Draymond Green and Klay Thompson. E-40 helps put the finishing touches on the track; rapping about courtside seats and arena suites – and being cool with the hustlers and athletes.
Fat Joe and Remy Ma tap Jay Z to make a guest appearance on the remix to their French Montana and Infrared-assisted smash hit, “All The Way Up.”
During his verse on the track, Jay Z breaks his silence on Beyoncé‘s Lemonade album, which had the world abuzz with rumors, following its release. “You know you made it when the fact your marriage made, it is worth millions. Lemonade is a popular drink and it still is. I get more props and stunts than Bruce Willis,” raps Hov. He also adds, “We never gon’ let the elevator take us down.”
Fat Joe, Remy Ma and French Montana hit The Real to rock the stage with their hit single “All the Way Up.” During their visit, Fat Joe also talks his reunion with Remy after the success of their group, Terror Squad.
“I mean it feels good, man. The people love it,” he says. “I love it and I got my sister back on the team and…We’re winning. We all the way up, baby!”
Fat Joe and Remy Ma unload the accompanying video for “All the Way Up,” featuring French Montana and Infrared.
The Eif Rivera-directed clip finds the duo pouring up a drink in the club, surrounded by expensive whips and a helicopter (that Remy kicks back in), and there’s a group of dancers in geisha-influenced attire throughout the visuals. There’s also a cameo from Remy’s hubby, Papoose.
