Rihanna took to Instagram earlier today to debut her long, flowing faux locs. “buffalo $oldier,” the bad gal wrote along with a pic that showed her taking a snap in the mirror.
RiRi had been in Paris, where she debuted her Fenty collection in collaboration with PUMA at Paris Fashion Week, and also took in a few shows.
Zendaya Coleman looked gorge rockin’ faux locs on the Oscars red carpet, this past Sunday. While her look was met with lots of positive feedback, one person who felt otherwise was E! News and Fashion Police co-host, Giuliana Rancic.
Giuliana said that the K.C. Undercover star looked like she smelled of “patchouli oil” and “weed.” Zendaya took to Instagram in reference to the comments, pointing out that “There is a fine line between what is funny and disrespectful,” as well as making note that the harsh criticism of African American hair in society is already enough “without the help of ignorant people who choose to judge others based on the curl of their hair”:
