Rihanna will receive the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards.
The “Needed Me” singer reacted on Twitter, telling the network that she’s honored to take the stage at this year’s VMAs as its Vanguard award recipient.
Rih is joining a long list of honorees that includes Michael Jackson, Beyoncé, Kanye West, Madonna and Justin Timberlake. She is also set to perform.
